I would like to take the opportunity to let you know that Debra Owens has been preparing my income taxes for over 25 years!  Yes, it’s been that long and it just seems like it was yesterday.  In 1995, I opened a full-service laundromat in West Sacramento, California and hired Debra to do my employee monthly payroll taxes.  Later I found out that she also prepared income taxes, so I hired her to do my income taxes for that year and many years to follow.  I always enjoyed her helpful attitude and keen knowledge of tax laws.

 

After I sold my business in 2002 and did not need her payroll services anymore, and even after she moved to Missouri,  I still retained her as our family’s tax consultant.  She really has been great!  She now prepares our adult children’s taxes, too.  Yes, that really is amazing, but Debra earns our family’s trust with her continued great service, professionalism, and use of technology that allows us to address any issues as if she was right here in town.  During the pandemic, when you had other businesses scrambling to create or offer long-distance services, Debra was already doing that with much success and great ease.  That shows that Debra has great business acumen and always puts the client’s best interest first.
